He is a registered and practicing civil engineer (Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers – Reg. No. PE/138; and Engineers Registration Board – ERB No. 1004) with experience spanning 18 years of Construction engineering and management; Structural engineering; & Project Management. He is a Consultant Engineer with the Ministry of Health, Government of Uganda. Previously, he served as a consultant engineer for the Ministry of Education and Sports overseeing construction projects implemented by the Belgian Embassy in Kampala and as a District Engineer for Sembabule District.
