The Kayanja Fellowship is offering research and training fellowship opportunity for Master of Nursing Science (MNS).

The Kayanja Fellowship is named in honor of MUST's founding Vice Chancellor Professor Frederick I. B Kayanja and is made possible by a generous endowment from Massachusetts General Hospital, USA.

It will be based on merit and targets talented Ugandan trainees at MUST. The Faculty of Medicine is pleased to announce the availability of a scholarship opportunity under the Kayanja Fellowship for trainees tenable at MUST in Master of Nursing Science (MNS).

Fellowship Application Instructions

The application deadline is 7th May 2017. Applications are to be addressed and delivered to the office of the Dean, Faculty of Medicine, Mbarara University of Science and Technology.

All applications must include;

  • Curriculum Vitae
  • A motivation letter
  • A partial academic transcript
  • Recommendation Letter
  • A copy of the admission letter

To be eligible for Kayanja Fellowship one must be;

  • of good standing
  • a Ugandan
  • willing to work in Uganda after completion of studies
